Place Your Order
Once you’ve completed the checkout process, you’ll be directed to a confirmation page. You’ll also get an email with your ticket details and confirmation of your entry.
Watch for the Live Draw
Each competition will display a countdown showing how long is left before the live draw takes place. The draw is hosted live on our Facebook page, and winners are contacted using the details provided when they entered.
Viewing Your Ticket Numbers
Your ticket numbers are emailed to you after purchase. If you’d like to see all your past and present entries, just log in and visit the ‘My Tickets’ section in your profile.
Set Your Spend Limits
We encourage responsible play – setting a spending limit helps you stay in control. You can set a limit anytime in the Safe Playing section of your account settings.
INSTANT WIN COMPETITIONS
Our Instant Win games give you the chance to win a prize immediately, no need to wait for the live draw! Each competition will list the instant prizes available. If your randomly assigned ticket matches one of those prize numbers, you’ll be notified as soon as your order goes through.
