WINNING WAZE LTD — COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all competitions (“Competition” or “Competitions”) operated by Winning Waze Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number [insert], with registered office at Unit 2, The Goyt Mill, Marple, Stockport, Cheshire, SK6 7HX (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By entering any Competition, all entrants (“you”, “your”, “Entrant”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. General
1.1 These Terms apply to all paid and free-entry Competitions featured on the Winning Waze website.
1.2 We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will not apply retrospectively to existing active Competitions.
1.3 Each Competition has its own specific details including start date, closing date, ticket price, maximum number of entries, prize description, and any applicable skill question.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2.2 Employees of Winning Waze Ltd, connected persons, and anyone directly involved in running the Competitions are not permitted to enter.
2.3 It is the responsibility of each Entrant to ensure they are legally allowed to participate according to their local laws. Entries from outside the UK may be voided.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Paid Entry
3.1.1 To enter via the website, select the Competition, answer the skill question (if applicable), choose the number of entries, and complete payment.
3.1.2 The entry fee and maximum number of entries are clearly displayed on the Competition page.
3.1.3 Entries are only valid once payment has been successfully processed.
3.2 Skill Question (if applicable)
3.2.1 For Competitions requiring a skill question, only Entrants who submit the correct answer will be entered into the draw.
3.2.2 Incorrect or blank answers will not be entered.
4. Free Postal Entry Route
4.1 You may enter any Competition for free by using the postal entry route.
4.2 To enter by post, send a postcard or letter clearly stating:
- Full Name
- Postal Address
- Date of Birth
- Contact Telephone Number
- Email Address
- Name of the Competition you wish to enter
- Your answer to the Competition question (if applicable)
4.3 Postal entries must be sent to:

4.4 Only one postal entry is permitted per envelope.
Multiple entries submitted in the same envelope will not be counted.
4.5 No purchase or online account is required to enter by post.
4.6 Postal entries must arrive before the Competition closing date.
Late or illegible entries will not be entered.
4.7 Valid postal entries will be assigned a random entry number and included in the draw with the same chance of winning as paid entries.
5. Closing Date & Maximum Entries
5.1 Each Competition closes on the stated closing date or when the maximum number of entries has been reached, whichever occurs first.
5.2 We reserve the right to extend the closing date by up to 14 days if a Competition fails to reach its minimum required entries.
5.3 If a Competition does not meet minimum entry requirements and we choose not to extend, we may:
- proceed with the draw regardless,
- or issue a refund to all paid entrants.
This will be stated on the Competition page.
6. The Draw
6.1 All valid paid and postal entries are entered into the draw.
6.2 The winner will be selected using a random number generator (RNG) or another transparent, verifiable method.
6.3 The draw may be broadcast live on our social media channels.
6.4 The draw result is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification & Claiming Prizes
7.1 Winners will be contacted via telephone and/or email within 48 hours of the draw.
7.2 Winners may be required to provide ID and proof of address before receiving the prize.
7.3 If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide required information, or does not claim the prize within 14 days, we reserve the right to:
- withdraw the prize, and
- select an alternative winner.
7.4 Winning Waze Ltd may publish the winner’s first name, town/city, and photograph for marketing purposes unless the winner opts out.
8. Prizes
8.1 Prize details are stated on each Competition page.
8.2 No cash alternative is offered unless explicitly stated or agreed.
8.3 Prizes are delivered free of charge to UK addresses only.
8.4 If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
9.1 Entry fees are non-refundable except where the Competition is cancelled by us.
9.2 If a Competition is cancelled, all paid entrants will receive a full refund.
10. Fraud, Abuse & Fair Play
10.1 We reserve the right to void entries or disqualify Entrants who:
- manipulate or attempt to manipulate the entry process
- use automated systems, bots, or scripts
- provide false information
- attempt to gain unfair advantage
- tamper with postal entry rules
10.2 Any fraudulent behaviour may result in a ban from future Competitions.
11. Liability
11.1 Winning Waze Ltd is not responsible for:
- postal delays or lost mail
- technical issues affecting paid or free entries
- failed payment processing
- entries submitted late, incorrectly, or incomplete
11.2 Our liability is limited to the cost of the entry fee paid.
12. Data Protection
12.1 We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
12.2 By entering, you consent to us using your personal data for:
- administering the Competition
- contacting winners
- verifying identities
- announcing results (where consented)
13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2 Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
